At Māja Studio, I endeavour to make sure all of my customers have a happy shopping experience and are fulfilled with their purchases.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Māja Studio is classified as a small business, and under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), small businesses are not legally obligated to honour a refund on purchases due to a CHANGE OF MIND.
If an item has arrived DAMAGED or FAULTY - Māja Studio will honour an exchange for a replacement or refund.
This must be issued and returned to us within 10 days of receiving your product otherwise the faulty item cannot be processed.
Exchanges will be processed here within 7 days of receiving your order. I am happy to process exchanges, but the customer will need to compensate for the postage fees.
For any faulty or damaged items - please email majastudioau@gmail.com with your name, order number, a description of the faults/damage as well as clear images of the defects. I will get back to you with the next steps.
Please note: All orders are wrapped with love and care by Tia to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, please examine the postage bag and/or box for defects as the damaged item may be the effect of rough handling in transit. If this is the case, please email the above requirements along with images of the damaged postage materials, and I will contact the relevant courier company to investigate this further.
SHIPPING/DELIVERIES
Māja Studio uses ShipIt services for all standard and express post deliveries within Australia. Once your order has been processed you will be emailed a tracking number via my websites ecommerce platform. Orders will require signature on delivery and if no one is available to sign for the delivery, parcel collection details will be provided to you by the selection of courier companies I use. Standard delivery times will vary per state.
GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift Vouchers are valid for 36 months from the DATE OF PURCHASE.
When purchasing a gift voucher you will receive an email confirmation with the gift voucher code.
If you wish to receive a physical gift voucher - please email majastudioau@gmail.com with your order number, gift voucher code, YOUR name, the RECIPIENTS name as well as your postal address and I will get back to you with the postage fees.
